Digital Tailor Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of Digital Tailor, published by Muhammad Qadeer Jami. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose and licence

Digital Tailor provides tailors with tools to store customer details, measurements and payment records and to generate measurement slips. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful business purposes.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Customer information

You confirm that you have a lawful basis and any required permission to enter, store and share customer information and measurements. Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

Payments and records

Amounts, advances and balances in the app are record-keeping tools only. Digital Tailor does not process payments, provide banking services or guarantee the accuracy of information entered by users.

Availability and backups

We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Users should check important measurements and payment information and retain appropriate business records.

Prohibited use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, security attacks or unlawful activity.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user entries, unauthorized sharing by a user, device loss or events outside our reasonable control.
